6 Week Challenge Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE JOINING

By completing contact information you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined below.

Between: You (The Member) and Raise The Bar Fitness.

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 All payments must be made in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the program, I acknowledge that Raise The Bar Fitness and the coaching team are not responsible - except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.

1.3 I will adhere to all instructions given to me by Raise The Bar Fitness staff.

1.4 I understand my progress is dependent upon my effort, cooperation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the training sessions themselves.

1.5 I understand that opening times & operational hours are subject to change and will vary from the regular schedule over holiday and Bank Holiday periods.

2.0 MEMBERSHIP DURATION

2.1 I understand that by completing payment and agreeing this contract I commit myself to minimum term of 6 weeks under the guidance of Raise The Bar Fitness (unless otherwise agreed).

2.2 I understand that this contract is in place based from the contract start date - this commences when payment is successfully processed & induction has been completed. Once purchased the membership will stay active for 42 days unless agreed for a future start date.

3.0 PAYMENTS

3.1 The Member agrees to pay in full (as appropriate for the selected membership) applicable to either in-person before or at induction to Raise The Bar Fitness - or digital via Raise The Bar Fitness via card payment through the Stripe payment system.

Note: Regarding your membership - this contracted membership allows attendance to 3 group coaching sessions per week at Raise The Bar Fitness as determined by the selected membership, unused sessions DO NOT carry over from week to week.

3.2 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe or have been given permission by the card holder to proceed with payment.

3.4 I understand that my service will be deactivated once membership ends unless signed up as a full member with Raise The Bar Fitness.

4.0 MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

4.1 Membership Pauses will be considered in certain circumstances where applicable .

4.2 Upon expiration of any pause period, membership payment will automatically reactivate and resume.

5.0 CANCELLATIONS

5.1 The initial 6 week contracted term, the membership will be processed as normal and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.2 These terms are NOT flexible so if you don’t intend to adhere to these terms then please DO NOT sign up.

5.3 When committing to the 6 week challenge service with Raise The Bar Fitness customers will have a 24 hour "cooling off period" in which they may cancel their commitment - unless - the coaching process has begun and the customers program has officially started started at which point payments are non refundable and non transferable.

6.0 AGREEMENT

6.1 I understand that by completing my contact information to sign up or by continuing with payment and taking up membership at Raise The Bar Fitness I am entering a contract and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.
